William J. Cook joined the Charleston School of
Law in 2006. He teaches property law, constitutional law, appellate

A former law clerk to Chief Judge Kaye G. Hearn

City.

and graduated with honors from Furman University.
Cook, a member of the Preservation Society of Charleston's Board
of Directors, taught legal writing before joining the faculty
and serves as faculty advisor to the Charleston
