Paul Lund
Visiting professor of law

Paul Lund, who until recently served as associate dean of Appalachian School of Law, will teach evidence and civil procedure in the 2006-07 academic year.

A former clerk to a federal appellate judge in Florida, Lund's academic writings focus on the role and jurisdiction of federal courts. He also has taught in law schools at Florida State University, the University of Oklahoma, the University of Chicago and Syracuse University.

Prior to entering academia, his practice included representation of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation during the major period of bank and S&L failures in the late 1980s.
